What I've noticed about Alicia is:

She's got fairly good language skills, but has difficulty with communication.

She's able to talk extensively on a topic of interest such as food additives, but has difficulty with more practical chit chat or understanding jokes and sarcasm.

She does a lot of talking but very little listening and she interrupts conversations to reiterate what she just said.

She has a very literal understanding of what has been said and finds it difficult to deviate off that path.

She has little to no understanding of anything but truth and this is why she reacts to things like Price telling BB that Alicia wanted to go.

Every one of these traits is on the Asperger spectrum. I think Alicia has Asperger syndrome to a lessor degree.
