it's easy to tell the guilty parties because the innocent parties will have been told not to say a word by a smart lawyer, the guilty parties will have been told by smart lawyers to try to sway public opinion so maybe it will sway the court....
when ever you see people saying things in public, it's a sure sign of guilt.
