Have no sympathy for people who knowingly take part in home sex tapes then cry Wolf that others have seen the film. What do people expect others to do with a film? Eat it?!
People who are unknowingly filmed for sure are victims. If you know and consent to being filmed, please quit moaning, it's not the same. I think the law should be that if you knowingly take part in sex tape then you run the risk of leaks and footage falling into wrong hands. It's like letting go of a favorite balloon with jewellery attached into the air and then crying that someone nasty like Robert Mugabe or Vladimir Putin has it.
