Default Megan reportdely permitted to leave the house for a photoshoot

Quote:
Celebrity Big Brother 2016 housemates are being permitted to leave the house, it's been claimed.

Ex On The Beach star and model Megan McKenna is reportedly set to take a trip from the famous bungalow near Watford to central London for a glamourous photoshoot next week.

The prior arrangement will mean Megan gets to leave the house, pretty much going against the entire idea of the show.

A source told the Daily Star newspaper this weekend: “These things are totally against the rules but it shows how much power these celebrities have to do what they want.

"It makes a mockery of the show.”

It's far from the first time that celebs have been allowed to escape the confines of the house however.

Rylan Clark was said to have gone out to rehearse for The X Factor live tour back in 2013, although it's understood he still remained on the Big Brother compound.

Later that same year, TOWIE star Mario Falcone was spotted in London half way through the series after he went to the American Embassy to sort out a visa issue.

Channel 5 said at the time that he was constantly kept under 'close guard' by producers to ensure he did not learn anything about the outside world.

Housemates in the celebrity series are also often allowed to enjoy other perks as part of their contracts including private bedrooms, special food deliveries and time out in the Diary Room to work, such as writing magazine columns.

This year and Nancy Dell'Olio has also negotiated herself a HUGE luggage allowance with four suitcases containing all of her clothes.

It caused quite the commotion when she had to unpack everything last night after surviving the first eviction of the series.

While it's disappointing to learn that it's not quite Big Brother as we know it (again), at the same time without bending the rules we may not get any celebs on in the first place.
