The other housemates were told to pie Bear and Katie for breaking the rules. If they didn't want to be pied then they had a chance to say so and BB would have to respect that...just like people may refuse other tasks I've Ricky and the eggnog.
Aubrey wasn't supposed to be pied...she went out to pie the other two...she didn't go out for a food fight...she went to do what she was told to do.
She wasn't expecting it...she wasn't braced for it or expecting it.
So yes that could be deemed as physical assault.
But let's get this in perspective...it was a response to someone saying Aubrey assaulted Bear because she walked up to him shouting..
