It should.
Where are you taking these videos? If they are copyrighted maybe that's why you can't download. Try downloading from a less official video like if you wanted to download from vevo it won't let you but if you search for the same vid elsewhere it will be arlight.
Use Keepvid, you can download youtube videos.
Once you have all those videos on your computer. Open windows live maker and put all your vids there. Follow steps above-unless, i'm not understanding and you want to do something else?
