I get it, but I see 14 as the "freak" rater, like BB3 and BB5 (less so) were for C4 as for C4 every other series up until BB8 rated between 4.6-4.7m.

The standard C5 average is 1.6m, with BB14 being the "freak" rater with 1.9m and BB16 being the below average one with 1.4m.

12, 13, 15 and 17 all had a 1.6m average. I don't think a regular series will reach BB14 levels again. For me, I see 1.6m as the official rating ceiling.
