Of course he is,he has someone on the outside called Tiffany who is waiting as they promised a reunion, she is his girlfriend who agreed to a break while he was in the house,also Jemma caught him out when asked if he prefered Amelia or Tiffany,he said Amelia,he had too really as she was there,then when he and Jemma were on thier own in the kitchen he admitted he lied,people moan about Chad at least he was open with it and didn't lie.
