5, 6, and 7 are the golden series of BBUK. Other good channel 4 series are BB8 and BB9. I've never seen BB3 but it's supposed to be really good as well. The best Channel 5 series is BB13.

The following series are trash:
BB11 to an extent
BB12
BB16
