As i understood it (and i'm not in any way speaking for Kizzy nor would i . Merely stating how it came across to me) i believe Kizzy was probably referring to Farage seeking to creating chaos to disrupt what others are trying to do due to his complete lack of any real policies or anything constructive to bring to the table. He's never achieved anything in his entire 'career' other than making an arse of himself repeatedly.
