I actually don't remember a lot about Kieran
He had a really high pitched voice and he walked in the house second after Chloe Wilburn. He was kind of the 'dad' of the house iirc and was he the one talking about rationing butter whilst legend Adjoa spread heaps of it on her toast? Anyway even if he wasn't that moment was iconic. It seemed his cast looked up an awful lot to him and so it kind of did rock the series dynamics a bit when he was evicted in Week 3. Speaking of which, he's probably only remembered as much as he is (along with Amy & Sally, Harriet and Sarah but they were actually big characters so idk) for being one of the 4 (5 really) victims of the infamous 4 in 4 out twist (as if they actually went with that name for it) but was bloody overshadowed during his own eviction by the hilarious 'Oh you're back!' moment between Chloe and Harriet. Still, for a pretty boring/basic housemate it was strange to see him poll more eviction votes than Sarah Greenwood whom the public believed was victim blaming Joel for Arron putting his penis on him the night before (? I've seen this mentioned a few times but I don't remember it being as serious as Arron's genitals actually touching Joel?) but he's black so then again not as unbelievable as first thought. Anyway, I'm sorry Shaun/Lucas/his other fans for cutting him but didn't know who else to cut.
