We do need to realize that these votes were perceptual, not meant to be based on objective truth.

For example, it may or may not be true that Shane J is the least honest in the house, but because most of the drama surrounds 2-3 people and the person doing the most slagging off in the background is Shane J/Malika and Shane's agenda is more apparent (whereas Malika just is miserable to be there in the house), then it makes sense why Shane J was voted first...

Outside of that group dynamic, ShaneJ may be the most transparent person you've ever met... it just may be that he assumed his clique would back him up and not hold it against him when he decided to vent a little bit because he figured they would all agree... which tbh, he is entitled to that ignorance. He's just not entitled to presume a majority when there are other people in the house that may feel very differently in and out of that atmosphere...

It is very hard to be objective when you're stuck in an environment with the same 10 people discussing the same things over and over and it starts to all feel contrived and "put on"
