I find the language quite odd if I am honest. 'I identify as a lesbian' rather than just..'I am a lesbian'. What is it with youngsters today and 'identifying as' rather than...being. |
Because it means they can change their minds easier at a later date? That would be my thoughts. Or maybe that's the less "shocking" notification for relatives?
