Holy sh*t... it's well documented too. If this is even remotely true, then that's a huge problem. It would be an explanation as to why this kid managed to get away with as much as he did with all the interactions police had with him...

I wouldn't put it past these agencies. They play these sort of games of politics here all the time of playing games of deception to create the illusion of social reform policies actually working and it working
well. Meanwhile, things get swept under the rug and nobody really knows the actual reality... and the media doesn't care about the reality, they just want to milk more scandals...
