..so hard with something like this...not just the loss of a child but where there is ‘accountability’ as well and human error...just awful for all of her loved ones...whether they hold accountable in terms of perusing legally etc will be where their hearts and grieving ‘leads them’ also...
...I’ve personally known a similar-ish case...there are differences but there are some similarities as well...one parent needed accountability in their grieving and one didn’t for their own reasons...not really relevant but...just very difficult, heart-breakingly difficult...
