Nothing really ,a cold just goes in it's own time,just sleep and drink plenty.

I've had an awful cold as well the last few days Try and eat plenty of healthy food with lots of vitamins, even if you don't have much of an appetite. Get as much sleep/rest as possible. Drink loads of water. And try not to over exert yourself - mentally as well as physically, stress will make it worse.

just get on with it really, unless it's the flu which then obviously you are bed ridden. I've had my fair share of chest infections/cold and pneumonia this year and now I've just caught another cold thats worryingly gone to my chest again, off I go to the doctors in the morning. My advice would be don't smoke because some colds can turn into chest infections and when the lungs are weakened by smoking it's not good. I've ended up with COPD and I quit smoking 10 years ago Oh and take Vitamin C

1. Eat alot of warm meals.
2. Wrap yourself up in thick layers of clothing. 3. As disgusting as it sounds just let it out instead of trying to hold the sneeze in. 4. If you've got a Sore Throat with your cold then I'd recommend eating Ice Cream as it can sooth your throat and stop it feeling so painful. I hope this helps.

Rest. cold and flu sachets are good plus they taste nice. Try your best to continue your normal life/routine, don’t let the cold get the better of you. Most importantly drink a **** load of fluids you will recover quicker

Just sleep all day and drink more water and hot tea...
Don't go back to your teaching job until you are really feeling better... On the topic of vitamins, I take like two different ones every night for my immunity system, because my one is very poor... |

I usually sleep with a humidifier on in my room, and all doors and windows to my room closed. It usually relieves any nasal symptoms I have overnight and despite only staying likenthat for 30/60mins afterwards, it gives you that bit of time in th emorning to take any meds before symptoms are back.
