I think he is right to be like that especially with the food, it's the same with running a family, you have to have in your head how much food you have for the weak and how many dinners you need, it makes sense, Why couldn't Sov make a sandwhich out of the sandwich stuff instead of something for the dinner?? In a group of people that big people need to compromise, Vinnie had been unoffically made in charge of dinners etc. and people need to follow a system otherwise everyone will just do there own thing and there would be nothing left to make dinners with, the greedier people would be well fed and the quieter ones would have to go with far less

I think that's the problem, that he sees himself as running a family, that he and Stephanie are the self-appointed Mum and Dad of the house. Yes, you have to ration out the food, but he's just being a dick.
