I remember it being on twice in a year,it was on in November and I think when BB was on but im not sure it could have been a recap on the last season! It was during BB5/BB4 I think

tells you the dates of the series, there were 2 in 2004. But only the first ever series was on while a BB could have been on because it was late august unless you mean a CBB
