One again we seen these two talking welsh on the highlights show. What happened to that not being allowed in bb rules and they had to talk english? I know I have asked this before but nobody seems to know if they have infact changed the rules or they allow them and just put the subtitles up.

I dont mind personally reading the subtitles but I think it makes them bond because the have like a secret code over the other housemates.

Big brother did originally ban them from talking welsh, but they then had alot of complaints especially from S4C. They didn't want the hassle so they let them talk in welsh. It doesn't make much of a differnece to me, we need subtitles everytime Mikey & Lisa talk anyway.
Im welsh myself, but certainly cant speak a word of welsh. Im surprised both of the welsh housemates can speak welsh becase only a very low percentage of welsh people can actaully speak welsh. |

The only part I dislike is that they can talk in a code when all the other housemates cant so inside the house they would be free to chat as they please. Of course we are getting it translated so it wouldnt amount to much but I still think they have a little over the others being able to chat in another language.

Aiiii true, but i think it could be a good thing they can speak in welsh, as they probaly think Big brother doesn't know what they are saying, so they say things that they might not normally say in English, and possibly reveal things that they dont want to.

Yea thats my point Glitter eyes, they dont think Big bro will find out what they are saying, so they have a bitch and say things which they dont want hearing, but we still get to hear it.

Yeah its good that it gets translated but what if the housemates started talking in French or something, that should be allowed aswell then and translated surely?
