I keep waking up around 4 am, its been going on for a while and then I can't go back to sleep. It's bugging the hell outta me.

Anyone else have a haywire sleep pattern?

i do, but it's at 2am for me, and then i wake up every hour til 6. That's why i don't even bother trying any more.

..yes...I'm always awake early...even when I'm not working, my body clock doesn't acknowledge days off...I don't mind though...it feels as though you're the only person in the world...I quite like that

I don't know if it's ghosts or aliens, but some type of extra-dimentional beings. They torment me, and they like scaring me. it's f^cked up.

I'm awake until like 7am, die for a couple of hours, and then I'm ready to start my evening

Yes its Stress at Work or School
and as a result you need a mini-nap day time.


It can also be due to Food the day before.

Sex the night before
helps you get better sleep
as you have had a Work Out - in a way.
