Default new stalking law - will it have any effect ?

new stalking law 25.11.12

this will apply to me,
i am a progressive sender,
i have views on news,
and things which leaves no defender.
currently as the law stands,
6 months is the max,
after years or months of misery,
the judiciary system shows its not worth our tax.
but today it changes,
and i welcome this charge,
now perpetrators can get 5 years,
this is large.
well done to the police,
i thank the system change,
because now the suffers,
are not left vulnerable feeling strange.
power back,
i just hope from my poem no-ones walking,
and if you read my next one,
i might just report you for stalking.

(hello everyone on this forum. i am sure you all might see me as a stalker with these
poems but i felt i had to praise the law on this one as its about time this happened. just
wondered did anyone disagree or feel this is a mistake this new law ? if you wanted to see

walk on a plank
above a shark filled tank
your mind is empty and your face is blank.

It's excellent news, i've been watching the programmes about cases of stalking, nothing was done until the victims lives were all but ruined.

They really need get tougher with this, the only way to keep them away is locking them up. There should be a 3 strike rule where if they keep breaking the conditions they get locked up for a long long time. I've watched a fair few docs on this stuff and they're usually Psychopathic. I think to get someone who'd kill is quite rare but that's also why they need to be more careful as well. These things never end well
