It isn't fair. I know i keep going on about this but mine went down -5 over one night, when i never posted When it began Mark said if somebody was abusing it they would have it taken off them but James said they can't check to see who gave + and who gave - Karma, so how can they tell if somebody is abusing it?

If people have it turned on then they should expect it to go up and down for no reason, if they're bothered much by it there's a quick 'off' button.

Really? I thought they said they could check?
What's the point in adding it if they couldn't see, people wouldm obviously abuse it then.

Does it really matter? It's only virtual karma points on a website. I'm not going to loose sleep if I loose a few here and there (which has been happening).

I've got more important things in my life than a popularity contest.

well in a way I would say yes because the members do like to get high points for what they do on this forum and I say it isnt fair taking their karma,s off of them for when they have earned them aswell

Hmm its a tough one to answer. Peoples Karma fluctuates based on what and how they post. If someones is going down drastically then they need to look at what and how they have posted.

I have mine on but rarely even notice it is there, I also generally try only to give + karma as it makes me feel warm and fuzzy, however I have an equally dark side and will deduct if someone gets on my nips, however if someone asked me had I nicked their Karma I would happily admit it.
