Just leave Janice alone.

She's 60 years old ffs.

She has the right to have a bath first so she can get to sleep, as it's clear she needs going to bed earlier.

Perez was the opposite, more like Janice, pissing everyone off and always getting tons of nominations, he was completely unstable and anti-social. Austin received none and bar Janice, gets on with everyone and seems to be a liked member of the group.
