It was only on week 9 when Pippa was evicted mind so it's possible there would have been new housemates considering there was a month left. (They were expecting new housemates since they thought Kelly was a new housemate!)

Pippa was evicted on Day 65 (so a Thursday launch) so that means that there were 6 housemates left on the evening of Day 65. The show lasted for 13 weeks back then so would have been 93 days long so if there wasn't late entrants there'd have only been 2 finalists!
