FURIOUS BB fans are calling for Davina McCall to be axed after the way she “bullied” winner Rachel Rice.



They have turned on the presenter for her hardline treatment of Rachel during her post-victory chat.

Some even want to see Davina kicked off the show by her bosses for going “too far”with the Welsh babe.

It has been suggested that BB chiefs were stunned by Rachel’s victory because they were desperate for Rex Newmark to win.

Fans were gobsmacked when Davina, 40, turned on Rachel for being *boring and grilled her over claims that she had faked her way to the final.

Her tough questioning did not go down well with viewers who thought Rachel, 24, had already been through enough thanks to her bitchy housemates including Rex.

One angry text message to the Daily Star said: “Davina went too far this time. BB bosses should give her the boot now.

“Rachel was the victim of bullies while she was in the house.

“She couldn’t have expected similar treatment from Davina.” Another fan said: “Time Davina gave it a rest, she can’t remain neutral.”

Show bosses are said to be secretly “gutted” that Rachel won the show.

They believe that Rachel walking off with the BB crown was the “worst possible outcome” for the future of the brand.
After a couple of rocky years, which have seen the show dogged by racial bullying allegations, producers hoped this series would propel BB back to the success of five years ago.

They were hoping the winner would be London chef Rex, 24, who they were convinced would launch his own career off the back of the show.

But they were left with Rachel, who walked away with the £100,000 prize despite being branded the most boring housemate ever.

The teacher left telly chiefs gobsmacked when she revealed she would fulfil her commitments to the show and then disappear back to Wales.

Last night a BB source said: “Usually the winner can look forward to at least six months of media attention after the show has finished.

“That’s perfect for the show because it means the brand is still being pushed even when the series is over.

“But Rachel has fulfilled her role as the most boring housemate by refusing to even meet with agents.

“Instead she has taken her money and run. She has told bosses she wants nothing more to do with the show and wants to get back to her old life. Bosses are gutted because they now have to rely on the runners-up.”

Rachel took the crown in the closest final ever – pipping blind Mikey Hughes, 33, to the top spot by just 2.6% of the vote.

But her win has left many BB fans scratching their heads wondering how she did it.

The Daily Star has also been inundated with messages from fans amazed by the result.

One read: “What idiots voted for Rachel to win Big Brother? Hang your heads in shame.”

What gets me is that people regurlary complain that Davina is too easy with contestants and that she never asks them hard questions when she finally does however you all complain!

At Steph's eviction when Davina informed her, totally unecessarily, that she looked like the Uma Thurman zombie character in a morning I thought that revealed what a jealous, spiteful old hag Davina actually is.

Davina used what material she had. Which was very little. Rachel being fake nice and playing the game was her only talking point for most of the time in the house. I'm shocked they got a whole interview and best bits to be honest.

she wasnt out of touch. If the public had to vote on whether Rachel should have won or not it would be 50-50. She was a contraversial winner because she didnt do much except not offend anyone and sit on the fence!

Davina wasn't the star of BB 1 - the show itself was. Nor was she the star of BB 2 or 3. The only reason Davina started standing out as more than just a presenter is because the show itself got poorer and poorer as years went by - the reason the show got poorer all those years is because of the phoney wannabes that the BB crew have been force feeding down our throats on the highlight shows - the same phoney wannabes who get their arses licked by Davina on eviction night.

Davina's no star. She's the "star" of Big Brother now though - and don't we have to ****ing suffer for it. No wonder the show's in the shitter.

Rachel was nither fake or boring.

There's something in Heat maga/website about Davina, now saying how good and well deserved winner Rachel is, and how she saw the good in people, and was never selfish or nasty ect.

Rachel was boring full stop. I was surprised she wasn't up for eviction ages ago early in the series. I remember saying to my misses " how the hell is Rachel still there, shes so boring. She never does anything ( apart from sit on the fence zzzzz)" She won because she had a sympathy vote for the bullying she received MIkey should have won but I blame the Rex fans who voted Rachel to stop mikey winning

I think it would be really funny is Davina possibly faced the axe over this. I don't think they''d ever sack her but it would be nice to see her squirm.

Her bias against Rachel was absolutely obvious to see from her winners interview. For all those who say Davina is entitled to her opinion - How would you like it if a Sport commentator showed clear bias toward one side? It would be unprofessional at the very least, don't you think?

Davina has shown a lack of professionalism for a few years now. I hope she's told off, I'd fall off my chair laughing if she was sacked. There'd be huge outrage but I think she'd deserve it.
