Are you a hygeneic person? by this i mean do you wash everyday ECT,i am infact a little two much.

I wash my hands, face, hair alot! but somedays I don't wash (but I'd wash the next) so I can be lazy and go without... but personally I feel really dirty when I don't

I am I have a shower in the morning and wash my hair everyday and at night i have another shower or bath i feel so much better and it sets me up for the day.

Yeah I have 2 a shower a Day and I have got Germ-X Jel I put on my Hand before I Touch my Mouse or Keyboard.

I shower and wash my hair every day and always use Carex through out the day just in case i pick up germs at work or that.

I thought everyone did.

Yeah, its a horrible feeling when you don't. I feel all sticky and urrgh!

I also brush my teeth every day, never wear the same clothes 2 days in a row and use alot of anti persperant and I also use Clearacil so I don't get spots or oily skin.

I wouldn't go as far as germ gel on keyboards though. Guess I'm a bit obsessive lol

i wash my hands TOOO much... like even if I touch something that isn't necessarily dirty, I would still do it - OCD me thinks

I clean myself like... but im not obsessive like you lot haha. You do know its bad for you to wash your hair and skin every day of the year? I also have days where I might not have a shower or wash my hair but that doesnt mean Im dirty haha, its good for your skin to get a bit of oil in it, if you keep washing like you lot do you will end up getting really dry skin because you wash out all the oil.
But yeh I clean most days, but If I am in the house and not going out. I really can never be bothered.

Thats why I still have acne I think, I wash like 5 times a day! with soap and water...

Washing every day doesnt make you dry. It makes you more oily because your body produces excess oil as the natural oil is always being washed away.

My hair and skin have never been better and i wash my hair everyday and I'm 46.

Oh well ive heard otherwise, I used to wash my hair everyday when it was a bit longer because it kept getting greasy and someone told me to stop washing it so much. It doesnt make your hair dry, but it personally makes my skin alot dryer. Apparently the reason my hair was getting so greasy was because I was washing it so much. Took the advice and took a break now and again to let it get moisture back in.

Anyway I'm a bit obsessive when it comes to personal hygiene, I have a shower every morning without fail, sometimes I'll have one at night as well. I brush my teeth after every meal and I wash my hands quite a lot as well. Thats just the tip of the iceberg as well, if I was to mention all the products and things I use I'll be here all day

If you don't mind me asking what shower gel or soap do use im always looking to try new ones.

Shower everyday, but wash hair every 2 days cos it needs 1 day to maintain it's natural oils.

Wash my hands constantly, and obsessive about brushing my teeth.
