i can't quite believe people still don't understand the concept behind the latest twist
- Helen is the resident villain. The big Bad. With no chance of winning whatsoever. Her secure place in the house is essential to the storyline. We know, given the chance, she would be evicted instantly. - The only real rival to Helen is Ashleigh. Who some now consider to be the hero of the piece. - By putting Ashleigh in the firing line it only strengthens her position in the house and thus creates an underdog. - What is the one thing the general public love? An Underdog. - People will vote in their droves to save Ashleigh and evict Steven. This will create a lot of revenue and ensure that BBUK returns year after year - It also sets Ashleigh well on the way to winning. With the final 'confrontation' between good and evil taking us all the way to the finish line. Kind of like when it got down to Jason Vs Nadia in BB5 It has all the makings of a classic ending to a classic series. Yes producers decide twists as they go on. Because its not fiction. They need to see how the public reacts to certain housemates and use the 'loving' or the 'loathing' to build interest, storylines and revenue! Its simple really.
