This cast is even less inspiring after it has sinked in for a day.

The only ones I remember to look forward to are basically Chris & Sam and I don't even know for sure if I'll like them. And there isn't like a Josh that really grabs my attention right away.

in fairness BB19 looked like a really good cast and they FLOPPED. Reverse can be said for BB17. There's a lot of people who i have no impression of for now, but I'm willing to overlook a 5 minute interview to give them a shot.

anyway here were my first impressions based off Ross Matthews harrowingly awkward interviews:

Chris - “My name is Swaggy C” NEXT
JC – I get seriously cracked vibes from him and idk if it's good cracked or bad cracked
Rachel – She seems sweet idk
Kaitlyn – She's so zen and seemingly has no self awareness. She seems fun but DEFINITELY going pre-jury.
Winston – He has such a nice smile writing love notes to his dog
Steve – I can't see him lasting and I have no impression of him so eh
Scottie – I can't quite put my finger on him, he's so weird and his voice is sooo cartoonish
Angie – Always answering with “yas” instead of yes <3 I feared she'd be a cam-***** but she' actually very charismatic and unique
Kaycee – I really like her! She's very cool.
Brett – He really irks me idk why.
Sam – She's suuuuuper cute
Haleigh – She's ok no real impression
Faysal – idk why but I get Devin vibes from him
Angela – No impression tbh
Bayleigh – Won't make it far

Highlights are Kaitlyn, Sam and Angie, who must become an alliance tbh.

For some reason I've gotten a better sense of people's characters during their interviews with Ika than the official CBS ones so I'll definitely watch those at some point, if not tonight.

Also kinda off topic, but why are HGs these days so afraid of winning the first HoH? The only people who've won first HoH and got voted out before jury were Jase because he was an ass, Nathan because he was an idiot, Kail because she's Kail, Jen and Parker because Jen is an ass, Jessie because of a twist, Willie because he was expelled and Cody because he's Cody. Not because any of them were actually threats.

Lisa, Rachel BB6, Janelle, Jerry, Hayden, Rachel BB13, McRae, Frankie, James BB17 and Nicole all benefitted hugely from the first HoH by not being a dick or making a really dumb move after.

Yeah tbh the first HOH is actually a pretty good position to be in because people come to you with their alliances...
