How exactly? This is the only way it will successfully work clearly.

Otherwise it'd be endless IIconics vs. Rose/Deville or Bayley/Banks vs. Riott Squad, or just **** random pairings that nobody is really gonna care for just so that they can claim there's a division.

I just think having 1 title over 2 brands with different rosters won't work also with it being o 2 different networks soon it will be less likely to work.

I see what you mean but like, for example, throwing Alicia Fox and Dana Brooke together as a team say, won't make people care for them anymore than they usually do if people don't care for them singularly. Alicia gets "X-Pac Heat" nowadays anyway it seems.
