Personally the top answer is the country of my residence, Singapore. Singapore has a lot of races and religions, which would make for a good and diverse house...
I would definitely watch it, and if the first season/series is good, I may consider applying for the next one...

Though its not as big as it was in the UK anymore, there are still many highly-successful versions of the show (USA, Canada, Brazil, India, Israel, Italy, Germany, France, Philippines) just to name a few so I won't call it a "dying" format...
