People struggling to cope with jungle life and the trials accounts for at least 70% of every series.

I find her very interesting.
No fakery abut her, very honest and blunt.
My type of person.

It has been an eye opener for me as I have never really understood how autism affects your life...very sad.
However...I find it uncomfortable watching someone suffer in a situation you don't have to be in. I almost found it cruel that the public voted her for a trial. Surely she won't be voted for any more...because that trial was tame compared to most but even that was too much for Ann.
Maybe she wants to test herself..but seeing someone upset every five minutes because she is struggling with the whole experience isn't an easy thing to watch...

Interacting with a disabled person is not the same as watching an entertainment show. Don't even try to connect them. You don't know me, and you don't know my life. So, stop getting personal and talk about the entertainment show.

She actually explained in last night's episode that it was difficult for her to complete simple tasks, such as cooking and cleaning. This isn't uncommon among people with autism.

I guess it depends on what you class as entertaining. Its too early for me to judge....at the moment, I am am finding her interesting and more entertaining than a camp mate who is over the top enthusiastic......that may change (I'm fickle lol) but if she does raise awareness for people on the spectrum about life with autism, its got to be a benefit imo

I get where you are coming from. It's wrong that people call you out for saying that because you obviously don't dislike people for having a disability.
Anne is an intelligent woman and has every right to be in the jungle as anyone else... It's not a situation anyone with her condition would put themselves in IMO. She is educating the public..maybe that's why she is there..but it's hard to watch someone suffer. Its entertaining watching celebrities suffer the tasks...that's why we watch it. But to watch Anne suffer because of her condition is another kettle of fish.
Anne will now sit in camp and everyone will treat her like a child like Fleur...the other camp mates will molly coddle her and her knowledge and intelligence will be all she will offer the camp.
She won't be able to do many of the tasks or challenges...she won't be cooking or fetching water/wood etc. Will she walk?...I doubt it because everyone will be looking after her. Fair play to them...it's what most of us would do.
I just wonder if any of them will find it hard after a few days...when they are all tired and hungry I think their empathy might wane.

Everyone having to lie to her and pretend around her . It's uncomfortable and fake. She has done nothing but moan and give up. Does she remember she is being paid an annual salary here and the rest for jack all?

I don't know that anyone would though...even with the hunger and tiredness creeping in. I think looks and body language might speak volumes though.

It's ashame Ann only got 2 stars and quit the trial, but she was near enough having a panic attack and the trial was really difficult .

I worked with autistic children for 10 years, she is doing disability a disservice as she is not really trying to get involved, her campmates are fawning around her rather than enabling. I also think she feels she should have special treatment. Nicks gesture with the pillow was nice, but not creating a routine for her to enable her to get involved in camp life is not doing her any favours and her not trying to get involved is just perpetuating the stereotype that people with disabilities cannot contribute in the same way that people who don't have can

I'm not watching until she's gone, the bodies bad enough without all those insect bites she will pick up by not moving her fat arse.

Doesn't stop her collecting a nice fat pay cheque for the chase and this though...bloody excuse after excuse with her.

I was amazed she accepted it, if she had any manners she would have refused or given it to Harry who is 71
