Robbie and Ayda will definitely be gone next year. Simon is obviously staying put and he won't get rid of Louis, who I think will get better. I'd like to see him mentor the groups.

Sharon was TV gold in the 2004-2007 era but she's completely past it now. Louis Walsh offers better messiness than her.
