17. Victor Ebuwa
I really like Victor, and my BB5 watch has made him shoot up in my estimation, but for a big character I dont have much to say on him? He was quirky, unique in that he openly played the game, delivered some great lines, played a big role and was actually a decent person underneath it all. Victor is most remembered for fight night and his rivalry with Emma, which was great, but he was a great presence I enjoyed watching even when he wasn't doing much. Victor was a great housemate and a good person, and I credit him for playing the game in a way no one before or since did, openly admitting he was on a game show and wants to win is a good thing, and it was refreshing to see. My favourite things about him were when he would chat to Big Brother about this and what his next move was. Remember when he engineered the Daniel and Vanessa eviction because he thought the LGbS were done and he needed the other group out? Scheming legend. Last edited by Daniel.; 01-02-2019 at 11:27 AM. |

16. Imogen Thomas Imogen is the most underrated housemate, EVER. She was a likeable down to earth humble strong minded chick who made a likeable character and background presence throughout BB7. I guess because she's a pretty model she gets labelled a bore? I started liking Imogen in week two where she ended Richard in an argument, showing she had balls, and showed him for the absolute mug he was.. Imogen was actually a pretty strong person who stood up for her friends - in the house next door she didn't once take part in the Aisleyne bitching, as it was so easy to do, and even defended her. I also think she played an important role in the dynamics - she was the real mother of the house, not Lea or Susie, I mean look at Aisleyne and Glyn's reaction to her eviction. She really wasn't the vacuous bore Richard painted her out to be at all. Imogen also brought fun and some memorable moments like "HOT TOPICS! HOT TOPICS! HOT TOPICS! WITH IMOGEN"" and her gorgeous song for Susie Imogen wasn't the most dynamic character, but so what? She was a great housemate and brought a lot to the show in a subtle way, and she'll always be one of my favourites. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Top 15 Nadia Almada Shell Jubin Michelle Bass Ahmed Aghil Makosi Musambasi Kinga Karolczak Craig Coates Derek Laud Kemal Shahin Science Harvey Mary O Leary Aisleyne Horgan Wallace Nikki Grahame Lea Walker Grace Adams Short Last edited by Daniel.; 01-02-2019 at 11:23 PM. |

Victor - I can agree with some of that but if we're talking about Saskia's enjoyable downfall, I actually much preferred Victor's because he was much funnier and easier to watch than Saskia, and "No YOU'RE a fucking cunt, Shell!" > "Go to ****ing America!"
Imogen - is the most OVERrated housemate, EVER. I mean she was okay but it took ages for me to see her as anything other than Sezer and Grace's understudy and even after that what did she do of importance to a pretty important series? Last edited by Epic.; 02-02-2019 at 12:20 AM. |

15. Mary O'Leary
THIS LEGEND. Mary was evicted after only 8 days, but she contributed so much to her time she whilst there that I'm ranking her this highly. Mary, from launch night, had my attention coming into the house as a white witch was always going to be fascinating, and then Mary spent her first week sulking, sleeping and arguing. #me My favourite Mary moment is probably when she states she's going flying and no one else could use her broomstick as only she had a licence to fly and then dancing in the garden with Kemal whilst eating singing about rain. Another stand out is when she claims on night one to want to leave and then goes on to say how the gnomes had their own community. Let's not forget Mary had Saskia clocked for the bigot she was confirming that she truly does have magical powers and it culminated in one of the best remembered arguments Mary was a brilliant, odd character and I wish she had lasted longer, but it doesn't do any damage to BB6 at all which only gets stronger. She was endlessly fascinating, and I do consider her to easily be the best first evictee ever. Let's celebrate with some GIFS Last edited by Daniel.; 02-02-2019 at 10:19 AM. |

14. Shell Jubin
I guess people are surprised Shell is so high, but yeah I really like her. It's another case where I see people cry "bore" but just don't get it. I mean I can see where people come from with others, but Shell was actually a pretty active housemate, despite what the likes of Marco and Victor think. I think we have to start with her wedding meltdown, which is one of the best episode in the history of the show. She attacked Victor with the classic line "Victor you're a cunt but I am dancing with you" which led to Victor totally melting down and, so Shell, the quiet girl who hated conflict, got the big gameplayer evicted by actually surprising us and standing up for herself. I also totally agree with Shell in the argument, Victor had been off with her all day and for no reason other than he seemingly thought she was posh and boring? I really like Victor but it made no sense. I think Shell actually grew up a bit in the house, think about the girl on fight night hyperventilating in the shower to the girl who finally snapped and told Victor what she though. I'm likely reading too much into it, but as Shell herself says she got a bit more "badass" -cringe- Then we have the naked lawnmower, the meltdown over Jason not liking smoking, supporting Nadia through her needs, her random need to get naked, and being a nice person who played a big part in her series without ever getting nasty. She deserved her place in that final, and was a great housemate. Last edited by Daniel.; 02-02-2019 at 12:44 PM. |

13. Craig Coates
I don't even know where to start with Craig. Hes such a horrible, impressionable, pathetic, bitchy and hypocritical person that I'm surprised he's so high up on the list, but as a housemate Craig is easily for me one of the most compelling of all time. Craig wasn't all about Anthony though, he's actually a pretty mediocre housemate for the first half of the show, not really playing a bit part in any events bar forming Team Britney - probably the shortest lived clique in the history of the show and a transparent attempt to repeat the lip gloss bitches, something Craig had seen were popular the year before. When Lesley leaves and Vanessa joins Makosi, Craig ends up as the beta in Saskia's clique, pretty much obeying their beck and call in an attempt to fit in, which this begins the Anthony obsession. The Craig loves Anthony storyline is such a hard but gripping watch because it's a story that so often happens in real life, myself included. I think a lot of gay guys have fallen for their straight best friend at one point, so this made Craig both relatable and horrifying to watch for me. I've said it here in the past but the night of the ambassador's ball is the only time I have ever had to literally pause the screen because I was so cringed out, it's new levels of weird and ****ed up. Craig literally won't let go of Anthony even as he shouts him to get off, and it's all so cringe. The never ending arguments, the tears, I know it as too much or repetitive for some but for me it was a great storyline. Unique, compelling funny, cringeworthy and somehow almost relatable. Craigs feelings for Anthony is probably the only time I would say someone has actually fallen in love (cringe) with someone else in the Big Brother house. So yeah, Craig is such a complex housemate and he admittedly carried the last few weeks of the sho, remember his panic attack and his claims Eugene was trying to destroy him? He seriously did go insane in the house, which kept me glued to my laptop screen back in the winter of 2012. Last edited by Daniel.; 02-02-2019 at 12:47 PM. |

"CAN I HAVE A KISS MAKOSI CAN I HAVE A KISS MAKOSI *stares at Anthony* "
I actually theorise Craig was always insane as proven by him having the most spiteful VT of all time, and he really was the best kind of cringe there is<3. Apart from somehow making Anthony look rational, there's also him being worthless at any decency or rationality on approaching any of the many confrontations in his series. I remember when Science was dragging how fake he was and then all Craig could say was "You are out of your league with me boy. Out. Of your. LEEEEAGUE! YOU DO NOT KNOW WHO I AM OR WHAT I CAN DOOOO! ". Some of his haters thought he was too reliant on the Anthony storyline, but there was loads of great stuff. He would've probably went down that route with any male he found attractive and if anything, Anthony was just his second choice after Maxwell. I always have to laugh at how ****ty he was with loyalty. First he's best friends with Lesley and hates Saskia along with his group, then becomes best friends with Saskia after Lesley leaves and hates Makosi along with this group, then after Saskia is evicted and Anthony has enough of him, he befriends MAKOSI while still hating her Last edited by Epic.; 02-02-2019 at 12:53 PM. |
