but come on, more own youth and preferably english talents are also potentially good for england national football team

manchester city have got decent youth players, i know this since most are loaned out to our dutch competition, also from Chelsea who are also quite decent talented players

Not really, only really weak team in that group was AEK. And at least they can get the job done, unlike PSV nowadays.

Last time PSV got to quarterfinals was on 2006-2007 season and on semifinals in 2004-2005.
