Remembering Kerry

I'd want Rory Stewart.
I think the Conservative Party would be wiser to look outside the usual main runners box this time. I think Johnson, Raab or Javid. Leadsom ran last time and quit. They'd be mad to vote for her. If Johnson is one of the last 2 standing then he's virtually got it. |

it's really not cursed if the new leader doesn't attempt to get a deal through. Force parliament to vote against the ref result and revoke or go with a no deal .... then people will note who voted for what and hold them responsible as they see fit. That is the get out of jail path for the tories

Liz Truss and Sajid Javid are the only ones I could stomach voting for if it was truly a head to head between Corbyn and them.
But I don't vote either anyway. I didn't click 'other' but I would totally back Tom Tugendhat or Johnny Mercer |

oh, i think it will be very messy, and it will be an edge of the seat moment when they decide to revoke or go with a no deal, but that's how its going to be. Deals are a pipe dream that are unworkable as May has shown
