Is it just me or do the sets look more real back then?

Like that scene with Chrissie and Sharon in the Vic kitchen, the lighting seems more realistic. Nowadays, it's all very bright and "stagey".

Daniel is a bit of a waste tbh. Love Ade Edmonson but the "Chemo buddy dies just as the main character gets the all clear" plot has been done a million times.

I have no doubt it will be well done by the two actors, it's just too run-of-the-mill for me.

Im loving this Ben. He's so manipulative and sarcastic, he reminds me of Emmerdale Robert, before he met Aaron.
Loving Tony/Halfway as well.
These two have great chemistry, even as friends you can feel it.
