One of the best things I’ve seen this year. Sean Bean and Stephen Graham were fantastic.

….such a bleak watch…uncomfortable and also heartbreaking and tremendous performances from Sean Bean and Stephen Graham…

Spoiler:

…The ending was heartbreaking…she knew that she needed to find a place of forgiveness for herself and she could feel Mark’s guilt and pain so deeply …but she knew that he was able to feel that guilt because he still had life and her loved one didn’t have that, it had been taken from him…she gave him hope and that’s all he could hope for…


…so tense when he was going to his father’s funeral and we knew that he would be stopped.


..the sacrifices that McNally made to protect his son…his punishment, his ending was all so sadly predictable from the beginning… .
