Default If Mastercard lose their case Everyone up to 2008 (Customers)will get £300

Mastercard
Class action fees.


Lawsuit

46million Customers are due a refund
if they lose the case.

Is that per card? I have two Mastercards (and three Visa... I was very silly at University... all paid off now though. It only took 9 years )

Thats Tricky
if they are both under one name
a Letter could say £300 for you for all accounts.


If one is under your good lady's name
then £300 refund for both.


Assuming they lose the Court case.

So not ‘every’ MasterCard customer at all like it is worded in the title, just those who had a MasterCard until at least June 2008?

Nah they're all mine . Though I think my wife's Barclaycard might have been a Mastercard . She closed the account, but it would definitely have been active in 2008
