yes they send trained staff who are part of the coaching team, the game can't carry on as if a player gets injured the medics are treating the person in the crowd

That still doesnt prove that there hasnt been a rise in the number of collapses.

The increase of cocaine intake by the aging ruffian on match days might have something to say in this.

A medical emergency would include anxiety and panic attacks as well so its possible
