Boots is a really bad store these days. The staff are rude and unhelpful. It wouldn't surprise me if the branch close to me shuts down

Maybe you just have a poor set of staff at your branch of Boots .. they’ve perfectly fine at hours ..

Sometimes in small workplaces you get a couple of work-shy , unpleasant people and the nicer , better workers simply move on to other places .. maybe replaced by poorer quality workers ..
