This is one of the many , many major flaws of politics .

They replace someone who was completely unqualified for the role in the first place and who failed miserably with another completely unqualified person and who won’t given time to learn anything about the role anyways

Yes many in the media
say Ben Wallace could be changed today

He is standing down
at the next General Election
not good to have him there, now.

How can he talk about the future
he is running away

Shapps is just another yes man.

He seemed to have good ideas during the coalition when he was in Housing.
Then went downhill.

How many posts has he had under the last now 5 Prime Ministers?
Not really competent in any post either.
Changing his position on policy whatever.

Not in my view a good appointment.
Wallace was a really good Defence secretary, Shapps has an extremely hard act to follow here.

Yes the LBC 10AM Live Show
had military callers angry at his appointment.

He played old clips of Michael Crick
then of ch4news hounded him, over the
many names he used
And Fake names used on a website
he was selling something

Ben Wallace was an officer in the Scots Guards.

Shapps is totally inadequate for any role imo.
