Like in Las Vagas.
Was debated on BBC Click (Part 2 of the Las Vegas trip) But the Light Pollution Issue got the London Mayor to block it. [On 20 November 23 Khan rejected plans for the 300ft high two billion dollar entertainment venue on the opposite side of the railway tracks from the Westfield Stratford shopping centre bus station. Days later the American developers admitted defeat and announced they planned to find another city for the dome.] The London Sphere would have turned it off - late night. Stratford was a site they had picked. How it would have looked in London https://newhamvoices.co.uk/2023/12/0...ks-msg-sphere/ Thats sad as it is a massive globe full of LED's. Because it would be turned off Late Night it could have worked well. Las Vegas has it working 24/7 Last edited by arista; 31-01-2024 at 03:38 PM. |
