where are they going to get the money to pay it. From increased tax, from reduction in benefits and services?

It's all very well saying something, which quite honestly is a bit questionable. Women have been asking to be treated equally for decades, and the moment that means a slight disadvantage to what they previously had, they complain.

They were warned for years before it came into force

Maybe the Ł70 million we give China every year could go some way towards it? God forbid we look after our own...

It doesn’t make a difference where it comes from, it’s their money and they’re owed it

.
If the ladies take any compensation I hope they will play fair and accept the lower pension rate.
To pay the compensation that is being asked for, somebody else will have to take cuts to pay for it.

I find it sickening that these women who've worked and contributed all their lives are asked to 'play fair' while we're spending billions in foreign aid to countries that have space programmes and housing illegal migrants.

While I do on principle agree with equalising the pension age, it's not fair the WASPI women are losing out. The then-government should have given leeway for those born within that time bracket, and allowed them to retire when promised.

Yes and Labour today blamed Liz Truss
for stopping them paying cash to the great ladies
if they take power?

It was in the 2019 Labour Manifesto
but that was before Lizz Truss.

The Labour Lady on BBC1HD AM and SkyNewsHD AM
confirmed Lizz Truss has stopped any compensation.
