Did I hear right that Jennifer has a baby daughter?
So why has she gone in and left a baby without it's mother? If I were the father, I would use the fact she was on the show to win custody and limit access. I know it's early days, but she is one I would select for an early exit to try and minimise the separation time if it is not too late. |

I had the impression her daughter was no longer a baby, and was a bit older? I'm not entirely sure. Not that I agree with leaving a kid parentless for a reality tv show, though.

I think a few of them said they've had children... Alexandra and Jennifer, maybe Rebecca too. Not sure.

Finally from the Sun of all places See here we get that her daughter is 22months or 1year 10 months, so approaching her second birthday.
Depending on how she behaves in the house, I suspect if she has fallen out with the father he could use this appearance on Big Brother to apply for custody, if she has not already lost it, and deny access calling her an unfit mother. For her own sake and that of her daughter, she needs to go ASAP (Someone on the board said they knew her, do they have any inside information on this?) |

I would rather she not loose custody, but I do think that separation at such an early age is not a good idea. I hope this clarifies my position |

Sounds like she does have a bad relationship with the father... she just said on live feed "I need to get rid of one tattoo.. ... tattoo over the top of it" and Dale asked why, and she said "I'm not saying" and Sylvia said "Ah, love tale!"

Which could mean that the father could use the fact she is on a reality tv show to get custody and deny access, just for spite.

I really don't think any court would use the fact she appeared on BB as a reason to take away custody from her.. or even limit it! Why would they? As long as she has ensured her child is cared for in the mean time.. whats the problemo?
How many women hire nannies whilst they work all over the world and don't see their children for weeks/months on end.... She might come out and make a fortune for her and her child to live happily ever after.... Faye (ps. Hi! I'm new!!! lol) |

Make sure you have read the forum rules (Advice we give all new comers so don't take this personally) and have fun Legal tricks aside, what about the potential psychological problems this instils into the child with thios long separation. What about the effect it has on Jennifer? I do feel that with the age of her child, such as it is, she was ill advised to go on the show, and for both their sakes I would evict her ASAP, although the way the other HMs have been rumbling the wedding task I suspect she will not be up for evition this week. |

Thanks to the News of the world, (See here) we have an answer.
The baby is staying with the maternal grandparents. I still think she needs to come out ASAP to see if this can be repaired. Looks like Jennifer got addicted to Big Brother and lost her focus. |

Looks as if some are pussyfooting around this issue,.. i however, have no such qualms... i think shes a nasty, self centred bitch, for leaving her young child, just to appear on a reality TV show.. jeez! talk about getting your priorities wrong.
I hope shes out soon,.. and she knows, what the North east is like.. she wont be garunteed a great reception when she does return.. I'm in the north east,.. and from what I've heard, not many people are impressed with her, to say the least. As a housemate,.. shes an amoeba, thick, and obviously bigged herself up in her VT, without having the slighest intention of seeing all the 'controversial opinions' stuff through. Shes scared of Alex and the wolves.. shes a big disappointment.. in a number of ways. her pathetic 'flirting with dale, for a magazine deal is laughable, and pathetic. What a loser the girl is. |

mammylove1 - I disagree with the way you question her parenting abilities based on assumptions. Not that its your place to question her parenting abilities ANYWAY, but this is a forum and obviously you're entitled to spout. However, from what I can gather (I'm not in the NE at the moment so I can't visit any friends) - her daughter is staying with family who live right by CoOp St, and the father is involved in the upbringing. So it's not much of an issue.
Plus, loads of other HMs are doing the same, what about Mario? He's leaving 2 daughters too, he gets no stick for it. Also, about the NE 'not many people are impressed with her, to say the least' - quite contrary to what I have heard. People are not going to dislike her because where she is or isn't from - so I don't even think it's a valid point. Her overall general population popularity is what is important. Edit: Damn, just read Sticks post - NOTW beat me in my investigating skills!! |

So Lauren
You have established independently of the NOTW David, Jennifer's husband does have access to baby Madeline (yes that is Jennifer's daughter's name), who is staying with her maternal grandparents? What I was worried might happen is a custody fight with access by Jennifer restricted or cut off, because she has appeared on a reality tv show. If you can get word back to David, my suggestion is that whilst Jennifer had time on her hands being pregnant and watching BB7, she picked up a psychological addiction which went un-noticed and once she gets out, hopefully this will be out her system. (Addictions are horrible things). Why C4 / Endemol did not spot this is beyond me, and David also needs to realise that C4 / Endemol also have a culpability here, as they did pick her when they could have picked someone else. (Although they could try and hide behind equality legislation) The best scenario is for them to get back together and repair the family. What I would like David to know is that there is someone, as soon as she comes up who is gearing up to run the extract Jennifer campaign. (I prefer that to Get Jennifer out- as that implices malice where as the objective is to try and reunite a mother with her child) This year, I have been assigned to Jennifer, Maddeline and David by the Cyber Guardian's office and the descision is that her best interests requires her removal from the Big Brother house. Kind of unique position, where I have to work to get my client out without villifying them. Mind you last time I did that as a Cyber Warrior prior to cyber Devil's Advocate days, was with Paul Clarke in BB2, but I digress. Summary Lauren, try to make sure David does not act in haste, there is someone who will try and get Jennifer out of there, and after this stint, hopefully she should recover and he needs to realise she may not have been herself due to extenuating circumstances. |
