You're still at it lol. Let's face it, Kat isn't going anywhere anytime soon, so trying to convince everyone she's a BB mastermind with a game plan. You know it's hard learning to speak another language whilst still speaking your own.

She was hamming up her accent and pretending she was learning new words to look cute. How do you go 7 years in the UK and studying English and not know the word hilarious until just before going into the Big Brother house? A word that sounds funny in her accent because of the 'L' and 'R'. Oh come on!

When she went in she acted like she'd literally just stepped off the plane from Thailand. It's amazing how quickly the learning of new words faded out. As Luke said to her, "You speak very good English."

Yes. She does.

She isn't going to learn new words everyday. And you never know she might have, but Big Brother 9 was the Luke and Rebecca show for about 6 weeks. No wonder she was called boring.

You really are a broken record. Trying to prove how Luke must always be right and that someone who he doesnt like, is wrong. These posts were interesting for about two seconds, now they're just repetitive.

I was just quoting him from the clip. If he didn't say it I wouldn't have mentioned him. I simply would've said that Kat knows more English than she was letting on.

Well you know, no one can say for sure how much English she knows except the people who really know her. We only know Kathreya from Big Brother. Not everyone learning English will learn EVERY word, so in her defence it could be genuine. But I agree with you though, she could know more English than she's letting on.

She is acting up
Watch her when she knows she will be in the highlights show like nominations
She puts a voice on, it amazes me not that many people have picked up on it yet

Luke did.

I'm joking. That was for Markus.

In all seriousness, though, it's becoming ever more apparent and ever more irritating. I'm not calling her evil or a bad person, but she does know what she's doing in there.

Sorry, but she doesn't act up. You would like to think so, but I'm afraid your wrong. She is one of the most genuine housemates in there atm.

...and i thought you weren't watching the series more?

I don't get what your trying to say, it's not like she's going round always asking what words mean if she was / is really trying to make use believe she doesn't know much English, don't you think it would make her look more funny asking what words meant?.

As to her accent and level of known English, i would just like to point out, go to your local take away, and check out their accents etc, i'm friends with the woman who owns the local chinese restaurant / take away, who as been living in the UK for over 20 years, and she still as times where she'll ask a meaning of a word, or people ask her to repeat something because of her accent. Just because Kat as lived here for over 7 years, doesn't mean her accent will be almost gone, just because she now lives here, doesn't mean she doesn't still visit / takes holidays in Thailand, which will help her keep her Thai accent

the thing is....kat came here, she was already an adult...and its much harder for a foreign whos learn to speak their own language since they were a child! its the same with my parents! my mom has been here for ten years....ive only been here for 5, yet i catch up better than her!

if you think kat is acting up, then you probably have never met a thai person before! (i bet youd say you have)

and what exactly is a kind of person who have their support on a creature like luke!, and please dont tell me, your friendly!

face it, luke and rebecca are just ignorant,
kat is a great person, but she IS DIFFERENT!!!!!!
shes not *****in acting up........its just all the more for an ecxuse to lower her down, so that your whimpy luke can stand a chance of winning!
not a chance!

oh..well....somone will be dissapointed!

This has always been obvious she is making her accent thicker, the way she was rubbing in and over using "Hirarious" because she was determined to make it her catchphrase. People are fools if they never noticed it. I understand she cant speak english that well, but it so damn obvious.

Exactly. My parents have lived here longer than I have they sound like they've came to the UK an hour ago!

It depends on your age and environment really. The brain apparently stops growing from the age of 18.
