Default Cold Turkey [News Story]

Quote:
Cold Turkey

Kinga has been trying various methods to help her cope with her nicotine withdrawal symptoms.

First of all she tried the not particularly productive route of growling at the cameras. "For *******'s sake have a heart!" she barked, before slumping onto her bed and screaming.

Deciding this wasn't taking her mind of things sufficiently, she requested Derek help her with a spot of chanting.

While she waited for his guidance, Kinga busied herself with a little singing, despite being warned to keep quiet by Makosi.

She made the unusual choice of warbling Jingle Bells at the top of her lungs, so loudly in fact that Makosi had to shut the doors to block out the noise in the garden.

Thankfully, Derek was soon ready to lead the chant and the pair recited the Buddhist mantra.

Kinga seemed to enjoy this as it ended up being another way for her to get some singing in. Afterwards, she felt fully refreshed.

"Do you know how much better that made me feel? It's amazing!" she beamed.

Who needs patches when you've got chanting?
