Looks good.
Me and some mates made homemade beer, it wasnt the best. Really strong tasking. not fizzy at all, was horrible lol. |

You can also use a condom (un-used!!!) with a pin hole in it as an airlock You make it with fruit juice, sugar, citric acid, yeast nutrient, and yeast here's a vid I made which explains it a bit better |

Nicky In the 3rd pic can you see all the sediment at the bottom? that's the dead yeast, you syphon the wine off that, so that you have nice clear wine
