Default Pick songs for the final 8 acts

As we've been discussing, many of us disagree with some of the song choices for the X Factor finalists.

This is your chance to decide if given the responsibility, which song would you choose to best suit each act in the live shows??

Look forward to your replies!

Andy Abraham
Brenda Edwards
Chico Slimani

Agree with you Big Sis, now you think about it, it is a tough job to pick songs that'll suit!

Nicholas Dorsett It Aint Over Till It's Over - Lenny Kravitz
Shayne Ward Rock Your Body - Justin Timberlake
Andy Abraham If You Were Here Tonight - Alexander O'Neal
Brenda Edwards Walk On By - Dionne Warwick
Chico Slimani Wod Up - Cameo
Maria Lawson - Aint No Mountain High Enough - Diana Ross
Journey South The Living Years - Mike And The Mechanics
The Conway Sisters Goodbye - The Spice Girls

I don't like actually like all of those songs, but I think they would suit the acts. And you're right, it's harder than you would think to pick songs for them all.

Ok... here are my song choices. I've had to go with many modern songs as I have limited knowledge of those before I was born!

Nicholas Dorsett: 7 Days - Craig David
Shayne Ward: Bad Day - Daniel Powter
Andy Abraham: Dock Of The Bay - Otis Redding
Brenda Edwards: Feeling Good - Nina Simone
Chico Slimani: Celebration - Cool And The Gang
Maria Lawson: Out Of Reach - Gabrielle
Journey South: When You're Gone - Bryan Adams & Mel C.
The Conway Sisters: Don't Speak - No Doubt

What d'ya think!?

Louis has suggested 1 million love songs for Shayne and he may sing it saturday.

Nicholas is doing R.Kelly-I believe I can fly
Maria-Brown Sugar by the rolling stones
Andy-End of the road by Boyz 2 men
Chico is doing a ballad! Hero by Enrique Englasias. In practice he was actually signing it pretty well.

I LOVE the Rolling Stones - along with Robert Plant/Led Zep, they are my favourite group of all time. I think Maria will do a brilliant version of Brown Sugar!
