This is ridiculous - no fat is not healthy - but she isn't fat!

That is my point!

Being too thin is often just as unhealthy as being too fat!!!!

It is common knowledge, and a public concern, that young impressionable girls are not eating healthily in an attempt to 'look sexy'. And it is just the sort of attitudes and comments that we have seen on this forum that contribute to that situation!
