Probably because she realised she would be hated on the outside for messing about when she has a boyfriend?

Not to mention the fact that according to the papers (yeah I know they do print bullshit lol) she has now dumped her boyfriend on the outside basically by telling the other HM's that it's over as far as she's concerned.
